Prepare the package
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. -
Organise return pick-up
Bring the item you wish to return to your nearest UPS drop off location or call 1-888-PICK-UPS to arrange a pickup.
