If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may return them free of charge within 30 days from delivery or collection.
We wish to inform you that the products purchased cannot be exchanged, therefore if you wish to exchange your goods you must perform a return according to the below terms and place a new order.
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, never worn, used or damaged in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged. We also inform you that based on security and hygienic-sanitary reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed.
Permanently personalized products cannot be returned considering that these products are definitively modified and specifically personalized for our clients.
If you have purchased and paid in the store, the below instructions do not apply and we invite you to go back to the store.
To perform a return please:
1. Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account” in case you already have one. To access please enter your order number and the email address associated with your original order.
2. Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the style, the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return, and the reasons for the return.
3. Package the item in its original packaging including all tags.
4. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the shipment that was included in the original package.
5. Call 1-888-PICK-UPS to arrange a pickup or bring the item to your nearest drop off location. If you chose this option, please be sure to keep the receipt of your drop-off until we have received and processed your return.
Following the above procedure UPS will ship the parcel with no additional costs. Otherwise, the shipping will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.
Once the return is confirmed, the amount of the returned goods will be credited on the original payment method.
The return process requires approximately 5-10 business days. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
