If for any reason you wish to return the item(s) that you have purchased on our website, you can do so within 14 days of the shipment dispatch.
We wish to inform you that the product purchased can be returned and exchanged in some of MiuMiu stores, therefore if you wish to visit our store, please kindly contact our Client Service.
The items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached, including the security tag. All the items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. Please kindly use the deliverer designated by MiuMiu in case you return the item by delivery.
To perform a return please:
1. Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account” in case you already have one. To access please enter your order number and the email address associated with your original order;
2. Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return, the reasons for the return;
Our Client Service will contact you for further details.
If you do not use our designated courier, the shipping will be at customer expense and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping. Please have the package ready to be given to the delivery person.
If compliance of the return is confirmed, the amount of the returned goods will be credited on the same tool originally used for payment or transferred to your bank account in case of cash on delivery payment.
Important:
Purchase return will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:
• More than 14 days have elapsed since the shipment was dispatched.
• The item has already been used, or there is an indication that it has been used.
• When a part or an accessory of the item, the security tag and/or the original wrapping material is not included in the return package.
