Dear Customer,
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may return them free of charge within 30 days from delivery. Please note that the return must be requested within 16 days from delivery and items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your return number.
We wish to inform you that the products purchased cannot be exchanged, therefore if you wish to change your goods you can perform a return according to the below terms and place a new order.
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. Original Government Uniform Invoice must be included upon returns.
To perform a return please:
1. Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account”. Enter your order number and the email address associated with your original order;
2. Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return, and the reasons for the return;
3. Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the parcel
4. Organise a pick-up with CTC-Express by calling (02) 8792 5555 Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM. Please provide the Return Tracking number from the pre-printed return shipping label, as well as your address, telephone number and preferred date of collection. CTC-Express will confirm the pickup schedule accordingly
5. Alternatively, you may also contact our Client Service to arrange the return pick-up 7 days a week 7am – 8pm CST.
By following the above procedure, CTC-Express will pick up the parcel free of charge. Otherwise, the shipping will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.
Once the compliance of the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued to the original credit card/account used when you placed your order.
Please note that the return process requires approximately 7 business days, then we will send you a refund confirmation email.
