Reimbursement will take place 14 days after reception of the returned item and verification of its condition. Reimbursements are made through the same payment method with which you made your purchase.

Prepare the package
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. -
Organise return pick-up
After having confirmed your returns request, you can contact DHL by sending an e-mail to miumiu.it@dhl.com cc client.service.eu@miumiu.com. In doing so, please specify your pick up address, telephone number and preferred date (excluding weekends) that will need to be confirmed by DHL, to organize the pick-up of the package to be returned.

Courier Pick-Up
Please check your mailbox or text message for confirmation of the pick-up date. If you are not in possession of the Waybill, please go back to the Order History to download it.
