Dear customer,
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website you may return them free of charge within 14 days from delivery or collection.
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged.
We also inform you that based on security and hygienic-sanitary reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed.
Permanently personalized products cannot be returned considering that these products are definitively modified and specifically personalized for our clients.
To perform a return of your order please:
1. Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account” in case you already have one. To access please enter your order number and the email address associated with your original order;
2. Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return, the reasons for the return;
3. Affix to the outside of the return parcel the prepaid shipping waybill displaying the returning address that was included in the original package at delivery;
4. Write an email to client.service.eu@miumiu.com to ask for a pick up of your return parcel. In doing so, please specify your pick up address, telephone number and preferred date that will need to be confirmed by our courier.
Following the above procedure our courier will pick up the parcel with no additional costs. Otherwise, the shipping will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with return shipping.
As an alternative, if you prefer to return your item to one of our stores, please contact our Client Service to receive assistance.
If compliance of the return is confirmed, the amount of the returned goods will be credited on the same tool originally used for payment.
The return process requires approximately 7 days, then we will send you a refund confirmation email.
