Reimbursement will take place 5-10 days after reception of the returned item and verification of its condition. Reimbursements are made through the same payment method with which you made your purchase.

Prepare the package
Returns must be shipped inside the original box. Each item must returned in the same condition in which it was received (labels and tags must be attached and accessories included). -

Bring the item you wish to return to your nearest UPS drop off location or call 1-888-PICK-UPS to arrange a pickup.
