Reimbursement will take place approximately 10 days after reception of the returned item and verification of its condition. Reimbursements are made through the same payment method with which you made your purchase.
  1. Prepare the package

    The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. All items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position.
  2. Organise return pick-up

    After having confirmed your returns request, you can contact DHL by calling (11) 3618-3200, if calling from State of São Paulo, or 0800 771 3451. Provide the AWB number, as well as your address, phone number and the chosen collection date. Also, fill out the DHL form available in the parcel. DHL will confirm the collection time accordingly.

  3. Courier Pick-Up

    Following the above procedure DHL will pick up the parcel with no additional costs. Otherwise, the shipping will be at your expense and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft associated with return shipping.
