The e-store offers a wide selection of products from the latest Miu Miu collections, and the catalog is updated regularly with new arrivals.
If the item you are looking for online is not currently available, you can contact the nearest Miu Miu store using the “Find in store” tool or discover similar products.

Payment options and taxes

We accept all major credit cards and the other payment methods expressly indicated in this website.
The order total will only be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the products and prepared the order for shipping.

Order confirmation

The order will be confirmed only when Miu Miu sends a confirmation email to the email address indicated on the order form. The mail will contain a confirmation and summary of the order, such as: product description and information as well as the total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from one of our Stores.

To select this option, please choose the Store from the suggested list on the Menu.

Once the merchandise is available for pickup, you will receive a notification e-mail to print and present at the store upon collection, along with your ID. The merchandise will be available for thirty days after the notification e-mail is sent. If after thirty days the item has not been picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the sale by giving due notice and reimbursing the amount paid.

Pre-order

How To Make A Pre-Order

You have the opportunity to pre-order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market.

All articles for which a pre-order is possible are expressly marked on the Website as “Pre Ordered Product” or as “Pre Order”.

You can buy these items and get them delivered on or before the estimated delivery date specified on the Product page description.

Should your pre-order also contain non pre-order products, all articles that comprise your Order will be sent at the same time, being as soon as the pre-ordered products have become available.

In such case, we suggest placing two separate orders if you wish to  receive available items earlier and separately from the Pre Order Products.

For all Orders, including those that: (i) comprise of only pre ordered products; and (ii) are comprised partially of pre ordered products the total transaction amount will be charged for all products in advance at the time of the Confirmation Email from Miu Miu.                   

Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipping so that you can track it on the courier's website.

Countries we ship to

Our e-store is available in Austria, Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea Republic of, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Orders can only be shipped to the country where you are located. If you would like your purchase to be delivered to a country other than the one in which you are located, you will have to change the Country on the site menu before placing your order.

Returns

Return conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we offer free returns within 14 days from delivery.

Before requesting a return, please ensure that the items comply with our terms of sale.

Items purchased may not be exchanged and, therefore, if you would like to exchange your purchase, you can return the item under the terms and conditions described herein and proceed with a new order.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged.

We also inform you that based on security and hygienic-sanitary reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed.

If you have encountered any issue with the products you received but do not wish to make a return, please contact Client Service. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

The following is required to make a return:

  4. open a pickup request with DHL by sending an e-mail to miumiu.it@dhl.com cc client.service.eu@miumiu.com. In doing so, please specify your pick up address, telephone number and preferred date (excluding weekends) that will need to be confirmed by DHL.


By following these instructions, DHL will proceed to pick up the package without any additional fees. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.

If compliance of the return is confirmed, the amount of the returned goods will be credited on the same tool originally used for payment.

The return process takes about 7 days, then we will send you a refund confirmation email.

Refund times

Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. This process normally takes about 7 days.

Payment options and taxes

We accept payment through selected credit cards and other methods expressly indicated on the website.

The total Order will be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the Products, and prepared your Order for shipment.
When purchasing from MiuMiu.com, card details are transmitted through a secured server to protect your payment details. Card data will not be hosted by Miu Miu post-processing.
You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes taxes, duties, and shipping costs if any. You will receive an invoice for every order placed on our website.
VAT rate will be applied at the time of product shipment, not at the time of ordering the product. Therefore, in case you place an order just before new VAT tax enforcing, there may be a difference between the total amount at the time of order confirmation and the amount charged by us.
Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

Completing your order

The buying process is completed when you click the Buy button, confirming your order. A copy of the order will be sent to both Miu Miu and to the email address provided on your order form. Once you have confirmed your order, its content can no longer be changed.

Order confirmation

Once you placed the order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with the attachment of the invoice that your Order has been accepted, followed by a tracking email from our selected courier for all shipping details. For Orders containing Pre-Order, the email confirmation will be sent after placing your Order, and the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the order placed.

If at check out, you have agreed to the pre-selected option to receive your Order as multiple shipments, you receive tracking information from the courier each time a Product shipment takes place.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from one of our Stores.  (Except for the orders containing Pre Ordered Products or the orders containing only Pre Ordered Products.)
To select this option, please choose the Store from the suggested list on the Menu.
Once the merchandise is available for pickup, you will receive a notification e-mail to print and present at the store upon collection, along with your ID. The merchandise will be available for thirty days after the notification e-mail is sent. If after thirty days the item has not been picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the sale by giving due notice and reimbursing the amount paid. Please note that markdown merchandise will be available for 7 days after the notification e-mail is sent.

Delivery times

Delivery service is available for all online Orders. Customers also have the option to pick up directly from our designated Stores, provided that the Order does not contain any Pre-Order.  Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch. Please note Orders will take 1 to 3 business days to process and are typically delivered between 5 business days from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent by Miu Miu. In case of Pre-order item, it takes 30 days or more to deliver. Please be sure to check the delivery schedule indicated on the item details page.

Deliveries are during AM9:00 ~ PM9:00, Monday – Sunday. As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day. Miu Miu E-store is not allow to specify date and time of delivery. See the Shipping section for more details.

Cancelling or modifying your order

If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.

How To Make A Pre-Order

You have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market.
All items for which a Pre-Order is possible are expressly marked on the Website, and reported herein as “Pre Order” or “Pre-Order Product”.
Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.
For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email.

Delivery service is available for all online Orders. Customers also have the option to pick up directly from our designated Stores, provided that the Order does not contain any Pre-Order. The shipping cost is free of charge.

The Orders are typically delivered between 3 to 5 business days from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent by Miu Miu. For Pre-order and/or Personalized Products which are not yet ready to be shipped, Miu Miu shall deliver such Products at the relevant estimated delivery date stated on the product description page.

For the timed delivery service, please arrange directly from the below courier’s website after receiving the email with the Tracking Number. The Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery. Before requesting a return, please ensure that the items comply with our terms of sale.
Items purchased may not be exchanged and, therefore, if you would like to exchange your purchase, you can return the item under the terms and conditions described herein and proceed with a new order.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure they are in their original condition, not used, worn or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags attached.
• Based on security and hygienic-sanitary reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed.
Purchase return will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

  • More than 14 days have elapsed since the shipment was dispatched.
  • The item has already been used, or there is an indication that it has been used.
  • When a part of, or an accessory of the item and/or the original wrapping material is not included in the return package.
  • The security tag is missing or not attached to same place when it has been dispatched.
  • Markdown sale merchandizing.
  • Perfumes without the original condition of the sealing cellophane and packaging. (Opened, damaged, altered or removed.)

Return request

Return shipping

The following is required to make a return:

  1. Submit a request by accessing the “Returns” section on the website, or directly under “My Account” if you have already registered on our site. To access the request form, simply enter your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order; 
  2. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the exact quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return; Client service will provide Yamato with such information once customer has been contacted.
  3. Client service will contact you to arrange picking up date of the package.
  4. Please have the package ready and hand to the delivery person. 


By following these instructions, Yamato will proceed to pick up the package without any additional fees. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft.
Once it is determined that the return meets all requirements, the amount of the merchandise will be refunded to the same method of payment used. Please note we do not accept any returns of markdown sale products.
The return process takes about 7 days. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Refund times

Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. This process may take 7 business days.
The refund will be issued directly to the card account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have authorized the refund. The credit will appear in your account within one month from when you receive our e-mail.

Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept payment through all major credit cards and PayPal.
The transaction will be charged only after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the products and shipped your order (except in the case of pre-orders, see further details in the pre-order section).
miumiu.com features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt and protect your payment details, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions.
The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout. The order total includes the Sales Tax amount. You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery. You will receive an invoice with the billing details entered at checkout for every order placed on the website.

Order confirmation

Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a summary of your order details. After verifying availability of the item(s), we will prepare the parcel for shipment and confirm your order by sending you the invoice by email.
If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours from completing your purchase and are not sure if your order has been correctly processed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pre-Order

We offer the possibility to pre-order certain styles.  The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is noted in each product description. 

Should you wish to purchase a pre-order item and any regular item(s), a “mixed” order, we recommend you place separate orders to expedite delivery.  You will be charged for a pre-order (or mixed order) at the time of order placement and an email confirmation and will be emailed to you.  Once your total order is ready we will ship it and send you an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Our standard policy for cancellations and returns applies: you are able to cancel your order any time before shipment and return within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery times

You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout We offer complimentary Ground Delivery (delivery in 2-6 business days), 2nd Day Delivery ($25) and Overnight Delivery ($35). Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
Orders take 1 to 3 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.
As soon as the package is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from our courier, FedEx, containing your Tracking Number. Please remember the courier delivers Monday to Friday during office hours and requires signature upon delivery.

Pick up in store

We offer the option to place an order online to be picked up directly from one of our Stores. To select this option please choose the store from the suggested list on the Menu. Once your order is available for pickup you will receive a notification e-mail to present at the store upon collection, along with your ID. The merchandise will be available for thirty days after the notification e-mail is sent. If after thirty days the order has not been picked up, we reserve the right to cancel by giving due notice and reimbursing the full amount paid.

Cancelling or modifying your order

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
For security reasons we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.

Shipping options and costs

All our orders are shipped through FedEx. We offer the following delivery options:

  • Ground delivery - delivery in approximately 2-6 business days - complimentary for all orders
  • 2nd day delivery - $25
  • Overnight delivery - $35 - For orders of $ 3,000.00 and more (before shipping charges and sales tax) we offer complimentary Overnight delivery


Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
Orders take 1 to 3 days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the day of shipping.
Orders containing Fragrances can only be shipped Ground. If you are purchasing other items together with your fragrance and require faster delivery, we invite you to place two separate orders. The courier cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.

Tracking your order

A FedEx Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery.
On the FedEx website you will be able to verify the location and expected delivery date of the parcel.

When to expect delivery

Deliveries are during office hours, Tuesday to Saturday for packages shipped with Ground service and Monday to Friday for packages shipped with 2nd Day or Overnight service.
As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.
In the event no one is available to sign for the package, FedEx will leave a notification and a contact number. If you require assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

Our online store is available in Austria, Belgium,, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
If you selected UNITED STATES as your Country, please note that we ship to addresses in the continental United States (including Alaska) and Puerto Rico, but do not ship to Hawaii or other locations outside the continental United States.
Orders can only be placed and shipped to the Countries included in the list above. We invite you to choose the Country where you want your order delivered, as our catalogue and services may change according to the selected Country.

Returns

Return conditions

Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase

  • The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags, including but not limited to, security tags, attached and any special packaging and accessories included (incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted). In the event a product has a security tag and is returned without the security tag attached to the product, the product will not be accepted for return.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery of the order.
  • The products must be shipped back through FedEx or taken to a Miu Miu store if you prefer an exchange.
  • The package can only be returned from the same Country it was delivered to.

Requesting and shipping your return

Products may be returned for any reason within 30 days from delivery.
Before returning an item, please ensure the return complies with the conditions stated above and in our terms of purchase.
In your parcel you will find a printed Return Card and your Return Instructions: kindly follow the directions provided to request your return and send us the products.
Return shipping is complimentary through FedEx: you can leave the package at a drop-off point.
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box, including the filled in Return Card. Kindly ensure that the products have all their packaging and accessories, all tags are intact and the return box is safely sealed before leaving it with the courier.
Should you decide to return with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense and we do not guarantee in case of loss, damage or theft.

Refund times

On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and issuing the refund. Kindly consider this process may take between 5 and 10 days.
The refund is issued directly to the original method of purchase, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs.
In-store returns are not eligible for a refund, and can only be returned for exchange or store credit. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one week (for PayPal orders) or within one or two billing cycles (for credit card orders) from when you receive our email.

At check out, in case your order contains more than one item, the option to receive the Products separately by means of multiple shipments will be pre-selected. Should you not change this option, you express your agreement to receive the Products separately as soon as they are ready for shipping.  If you wish to receive the entire order as a whole, you will receive the Order as soon as all items are ready for shipping.

Please note that the option to receive the entire Order as a whole is not applicable in case of Orders containing Pre-Order Products and/or permanently Personalised Products, as defined herein below.

Pre-Order

You have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market. 

All items for which a Pre-Order is possible are expressly marked on the Website, and reported herein as “Pre Order” or “Pre-Order Product”.

Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email.

Personalised Products

A selected group of Products on the website can be personalised and you will have the opportunity to view the rendering of your final Product before placing the Order. The website provides you with the option to choose between:

 • A removable personalisation (personalisation service with metal elements), and
 • A permanent personalisation by adding non-removable customisation (by way of example, through hot-stamping service) (hereinafter “Personalised Products”)

Personalised Products will be delivered by the estimated date specified on the Product page. The date will be up to 5 weeks from the time you receive the Confirmation email.

Should your Order for Personalised Products also contain non Personalised Products, the Products may be delivered separately as each item becomes available.

For any Orders containing Personalised Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email.

Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients.

Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept payment through selected credit cards and other methods expressly indicated on the website.

The total Order will be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the Products, and prepared your Order for shipment, save what is provided for in the sections dedicated to the Pre-Order Products and the Personalised Products.

When purchasing from miumiu.com, card details are transmitted through a secured server to protect your payment details. Card data will not be hosted by Miu Miu post-processing.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes taxes, duties, and shipping costs if any. You will receive an invoice for every order placed on our website.

Order acknowledgement

The buying process is completed when you click the Buy Button. Once the Order is placed, the content can no longer be changed.

Before confirming your Order, you must read and agree to the General Terms and Condition published on this website.  Please make sure you fill in the mandatory field relevant to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

After placing your Order, you will receive an email acknowledging your Order has been submitted. This does not mean that we have accepted your Order.  Your Order is not confirmed until your credit card details have been approved, delivery address verified and the items located. Should you not receive your Order acknowledgement email within 24 hours from placing your Order, please contact us to verify that the Order has been correctly processed.

If at check-out, you have agreed to the pre-selected option to receive multiple shipments and only a part of the Orders you placed is available, Miu Miu will ship you only such Products and cancel the rest of the Order. You will be informed of such cancellation via email.

If, on the other hand, you have selected to receive the entire Order as a whole and only a part of the Order is available, you will be contacted by Miu Miu and have an option to receive the order partially or to cancel the entire order.

Order confirmation

Once the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that your Order has been accepted, followed by a separate invoice email and a tracking email from our selected courier for all shipping details.  For Orders containing Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, the email confirmation will be sent up to 8 weeks prior to shipment.

If at check out, you have agreed to the pre-selected option to receive your Order as multiple shipments, you will receive a Confirmation email for each shipment. Tracking information will be provided by the courier each time a Product is dispatched.

Cancelling or modifying your order

As per our General Terms and Condition, once an Order has been submitted, it cannot be further modified or cancelled.  Should you need to cancel your Order, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire into details. After the Order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and you may request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request modification, please contact our Client Service team for assistance.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery

Delivery service is available for all online Orders. Customers also have the option to pick up directly from our designated Stores, provided that the Order does not contain any Pre-Order and/or any Personalised Products. 

Shipping

Please note Orders will take 1 to 3 days to process and are typically delivered between 3 to 5 business days from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent by Miu Miu. Orders containing Fragrances can only be shipped Ground.

For Pre-order and/or Personalised Products which are not yet ready to be shipped, Miu Miu shall deliver such Products at the relevant estimated delivery date – starting from the date of the Confirmation email, within 5 weeks for Personalised Products; and within 8 weeks for Pre-Order Products.

All of our Orders are shipped through TNT. We offer:

 • Standard delivery - delivery in approximately 3 to 5 business days


All orders must be shipped to a valid address, the courier will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, poste restante or freight forwarder addresses.

Tracking your order

A TNT Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also track your order through My Account section. If you have selected the option to receive multiple shipments, a TNT Tracking Number will be assigned to each relevant shipment.

Delivery time

Deliveries are during office hours, Monday – Friday. As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.

In the event no one is available to sign for the package, TNT will leave a notification note and redirect the package to the nearest TNT Local Exchange Locations.  If you require assistance or are unable to contact the courier, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pick up in Store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from our designated Stores provided that it does not contain any Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products. 

To select this option, please choose your preferred Store from the list at checkout.

Once your Order is ready for in Store pick up, you will receive a notification e-mail. Please present the confirmation e-mail upon collection, along with your ID for verification.  To have someone pick up the Order on your behalf, the designated person will need to show the Order confirmation, and a government-issued ID that matches the name on the Order.  If for any reason you are unable to pick up your Order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and a refund will be issued.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, we offer free return within 30 days from delivery, provided that the Products comply with all the Return Conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase.  Return request must be submitted within 16 days of the date of order delivery; items must then be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return number.

Return conditions

Before requesting a return, please ensure compliance with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:

  • The Products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered, and should be packed in their original packaging.  The Products must be intact and complete, not used, or damaged in any way with all labels, tags and, security tags attached in their original position and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted
  • In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged
  • Fragrance must be returned unopened and in its original packaging
  • The Products must be shipped back through TNT


Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients.

Requesting and shipping your return

A Return Instruction form will be included in your order package.

To request a Return Number:

  • Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “My Account”. Enter your Order number and the email address associated with your original Order
  • Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the item you wish to return, and the reasons for the return
  • You will receive an email acknowledging you have requested a return and Miu Miu Client Services will contact you to organise a return pick-up within 24 hours


To ship your return:

  • Once a return pick-up has been arranged, Miu Miu Client Services will provide you with a prepaid shipping return label by email
  • Please print and affix the label to the outside of the return package

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued and credited to the original credit card/account used for the Order purchased, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, if any.

We will send you an Order Refund email as soon as we have issued the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one or two billing cycles, depending on the time required for banking procedures for the credit card issuers.

If after 7 days the item has not been picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will try to contact you to notify the cancellation, however, if we are unable to reach you, the order might still be cancelled.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery date will be 2 to 6 calendar days after confirmation. Fragrance delivery may takes longer time.

Modifying your order

Order cannot be modified once payment is made. If there is any changes required, please contact our Client Service to cancel the order and place another order using the updated information.

As the courier will require a signature, we suggest that you choose a shipping address where you or someone your designated representative during the day.
In any case, if there is no one to sign the package upon delivery, courier will contact the receiver.

Returns

Return conditions

You may return the products purchased on our website which have never been used free of charge within 7 days from delivery.
All the items with a security tag attached must be returned with the tag still in its original position. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered and should be packed in their original packaging. Please ensure that the Products are intact and complete, that they have never been used, worn or damaged in any way, and equipped with all the labels and tags, correctly attached, as they were received with, together with the original VAT invoice.

Return request

You can submit your return request through the My Account by following the instructions.
To perform a return please:

  1. Log in to your “Account” using your mobile phone number; 
  2. Select “orders”. Click on the order that you wish to return and click on “request a return”;
  3. Complete the online fields with all requested information, such as the precise quantity of the articles you wish to return; 
  4. Remark the reasons for the return.

Return shipping

You can submit the return request under “My account”. Please kindly note that we are unable to accept any returned goods without receiving the online return request.
After applying for a return, you will be contacted by Client Service within 3 business days.

Refund times

Once the returned product is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. We will send you an SMS as soon as we have authorized the refund. The payment method that you have used for the original purchase will affect the time when the refund reaches your payment account. Please check your original payment account.

All articles for which a pre-order is possible are expressly marked on the Website as “Pre Ordered Product” or as “Pre Order”.

Delivery times

You can buy these items and get them delivered within the estimated date specified in the Product page description. 

Should your order also contain Pre Ordered Products, all articles will be sent at the same time as soon as the Pre Ordered Products have become available.

However, if you wish to purchase both pre-order product and non pre-order product, we suggest placing two separate orders to be able to receive available items first.

Upon shipment you will receive a SMS with the tracking number of the shipping so that you can track it on the courier's website.

Pick up in store

Pick-up in store service is not applicable for orders contain pre-ordered products.

Placing an order online

From the e-Store menu, you can browse our new arrivals or select a specific product category. Refine your search by selecting colours, materials and styles.

When you have made your selection, add the Product to your shopping bag. You can review your shopping bag, modify it, and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right corner of the page. When you are ready, click on the buy button in the shopping bag to complete your purchase.

You may also place an Order on the Miu Miu website by logging in through the My Account section for an enhanced shopping experience.

Should your order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalisation Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

Care Instructions

Ready-To-Wear

  • Please follow the care label sewn on the garment

 

Leather / textile bags, wallets and shoes

  • Avoid contact with water, or any substances containing alcohol (i.e. perfumes) or oil (makeup). If the item has been in contact with water, it is important to allow them to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area
  • Store leather items in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, and keep the product away from any direct source of heat. Use an insert to maintain the product’s shape when storing
  • The insole of the shoes are made from natural leather and might cause colour migration due to prolonged contact. Please avoid wearing light-coloured socks as much as possible
  • For products sewn stitch down, please keep away from water and avoid use in rainy weather
  • Please note that while shoes with a molded polyurethane (PU) sole are lightweight and comfortable, they are prone to hydrolysis deterioration in coastal, humid areas when left unworn due to the composition of the material
  • Due to the nature of the print colour coating technique, discolouration and fading may occur to products
  • Due to the nature of leather, natural wear and tear is to be expected over time
  • Due to the nature of patent leather, colour migration will occur after prolong contact with other leather. It can be prevented by storing your items in the dust/shoe bags provided by Miu Miu

 

Eyewear

  • Lenses can be cleaned regularly with warm water and a drop of dish detergent. If you can, allow them to air dry. If not, dry them with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth. To avoid scratches, do not wipe the lens when they are dry. Please note that this product may be deformed if left under direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time

 

Fragrance

  • Keep perfumes out of the reach of children
  • Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, and keep the product away from any direct source of heat
  • If in contact with eyes, wash with water immediately and seek medical consultation with your doctor

Country of Origin

  • All of our products are made in Italy and other European countries
  • Products ordered online are randomly selected from available stock. Please understand that we are unable to specify a particular product’s country of manufacture at this time. Actual Country of Origin information can be found on the label of the shipped product

Pre-Order

You have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market.

All items for which a Pre-Order is possible are expressly marked on the Website, and reported herein as “Pre Order” or “Pre-Order Product”.

Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

As with all orders, for any orders containing Pre-order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full at point of order submission.

Personalised Products

A selected group of Products on the website can be personalised and you will have the opportunity to view the rendering of your final product before placing the order. The website provides you with the option to choose between:

  • A removable personalisation (personalisation service with metal elements), and
  • A permanent personalisation by adding non-removable customisation (by way of example, through hot-stamping service) (hereinafter “Personalised Products”)


Personalised Products will be delivered by the estimated date specified on the Product page. The date will be up to 5 weeks from the time you receive the Confirmation email.

Should your Order for Personalised Products also contain non Personalised Products, the Products will be delivered separately at the earliest possible time.

For any Orders containing Personalised Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of Order submission.

Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients.

Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept payment through selected credit cards issued in South Korea, bank transfers and other methods expressly indicated on the website.

The transaction will be charged at point of order submission.  Products may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case, Miu Miu Client Service shall inform the Customer promptly by email and a refund will be issued for the cancelled item.

When purchasing from miumiu.com, card details are transmitted through a secured server to protect your payment details. Card data will not be hosted by Miu Miu post-processing.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The Order total includes taxes, duties, and shipping costs if any. You will receive an invoice for every Order placed on our website.

Order acknowledgement

The buying process is completed when you click the Buy Button. Once the Order is placed, the content can no longer be changed.

Before confirming your Order, you must read and agree to the General Terms and Condition published on this website.  Please make sure you fill in the mandatory field relevant to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

After placing your Order, you will receive an email acknowledging your Order has been submitted, followed by a separate invoice email. This does not mean that we have accepted your Order.  Your Order is not confirmed until your credit card details have been approved, delivery address verified and the items located. Should you not receive your Order acknowledgement email within 24 hours from placing your Order, please contact us to verify that the Order has been correctly processed.

Occasionally, certain Products may become unavailable.  If your Order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, and only a part of the Orders you placed is available, Miu Miu will ship you only such Products and cancel the rest of the Order. You will be informed of such cancellation via email.

Order confirmation

Once the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that your Order has been accepted, followed by a tracking email from our selected courier for all shipping details. For Orders containing Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, the email confirmation will be sent up to 8 weeks prior to shipment.

If your Order contains multiple Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, you will receive an SMS with tracking information from the courier each time a Product shipment is dispatched.

Cancelling or modifying your order

As per our General Terms and Condition, once an Order has been submitted, it cannot be further modified or cancelled.  Should you need to cancel your Order, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire into details. After the Order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and you may request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request modification, please contact our Client Service team for assistance.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery

Delivery service is available for all online Orders. Customers also have the option to pick up directly from our designated Stores, provided that the Order does not contain any Pre-Order and/or any Personalised Products. 

Shipping

Please note Orders will take 1 to 3 days to process and are typically delivered between 3 to 5 business days from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent by Miu Miu. Orders containing Fragrances can only be shipped Ground.

All of our Orders are shipped through Ilyang Logis. We offer:

  • Standard delivery - delivery in approximately 3 to 5 business days


For Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products which are not yet ready to be shipped, Miu Miu shall delivery such Products at the relevant estimated delivery date – starting from the date of Confirmation email, within 5 weeks for Personalised Products; and within 8 weeks for Pre-Order Products.

All Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address in South Korea, the courier will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, poste restante or freight forwarder addresses. A signature will be required upon delivery of the Products.

Tracking your order

An Ilyang Logis Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an SMS containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery. If your order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products which will be shipped as the Product(s) become available, or if you have selected the option to receive multiple shipments, you will receive a Tracking Number for each relevant shipment. You can also track your Order through My Account section.

Delivery time

Deliveries are Monday – Saturday, except for Jeju and islands. As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.

If you require assistance or are unable to contact the courier, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from our designated Stores provided that it does not contain any Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products. 

To select this option, please choose your preferred Store from the list at checkout.

Once your Order is ready for in Store pick up, you will receive a notification e-mail. Please present the confirmation e-mail upon collection, along with your ID for verification.  To have someone pick up the Order on your behalf, the designated person will need to show the Order confirmation, and a government-issued ID that matches the name on the Order.  If for any reason you are unable to pick up your Order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and a refund will be issued.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, we offer free return within 14 days from delivery, provided that the Products comply with all the Return Conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase.  Return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of Order delivery; items must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return number.

Return conditions

Before requesting a return, please ensure compliance with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:

  • The Products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered, and should be packed in their original packaging.  The Products must be intact and complete, not used, or damaged in any way with all labels, tags and, security tags attached in their original position and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted
  • In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged
  • Fragrance must be returned unopened and in its original packaging
  • The Products must be shipped back through Ilyang Logis
  • The Order can only be returned from the same Location it was delivered to


Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients.

Requesting and shipping your return

A Return Instruction form will be included in your order package.

To request a Return Number:

  • Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account”. Enter your Order number and the email address associated with your original Order
  • Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the items you wish to return, and the reasons for the return.
  • A Return Authorization email will be sent to you

 

To ship your return:

  • Affix to the outside of the return package the prepaid shipping waybill displaying the returning address that was included in the original package at delivery
  • Organise a pick-up with Ilyang Logis by calling 02.3277.9500.  Please specify that it is for a Miu Miu Return for collection and provide the consignment note number on the shipping waybill, your address and telephone-number. The exact pick-up time will need to be confirmed by Ilyang Logis

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued and credited to the original credit card/account used for the Order purchased, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, if any.

We will send you an Order Refund email as soon as we have issued the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one or two billing cycles, depending on the time required for banking procedures for the credit card issuers.

每個已寄出的包裹都會分配一個Seko的追蹤號碼。如閣下的訂單含有多過一件預訂和/或個人訂製商品,或選擇了分批發貨,閣下會在每件貨品寄出後收到一個相關的追蹤號碼。追查訂單的電郵內含貨運查詢號碼及追查訂單的鏈接。閣下亦可透過「我的帳戶」追查訂單。

遞送時間

遞送時間為星期一至星期六,九點至六點。派送時需簽收包裹,我們建議閣下選擇收貨地址時確保該地址於日間能有閣下本人或委託可信任的人代為簽收。

退貨

  • 請註明是Miu Miu的退貨安排,並提供原始訂單追蹤號碼(MIU開頭)、閣下的地址和電話號碼。SEKO Logistics將會確認收件日期及時間。
  • 請將其中一張退貨運單貼在原裝包裝外面,並把另一張退貨運單在快遞公司收件時給予快遞公司。

退款

我們收到包裹後,會先檢查商品狀態,然後再決定是否接受退貨及授權退款。這過程約需最多5個工作天。

款項會以交易時所使用的貨幣退款到閣下結帳時使用的信用卡/帳戶內。請注意我們會退回貨品的購買價格,包含銷售稅,扣除原本的運費(如有)。

退款後我們會盡快發出確認電郵通知閣下。退款會在一星期,或一個或兩個結算週期內顯示在顧客的帳戶中,款項到帳的實際時間乃取決於發卡機構之所需程序而定。

Placing an order online

From the e-store menu, you can browse our new arrivals or select a specific product category. Refine your search by selecting colors, materials and styles.

Once you have added the items to your shopping bag, you can verify your selection, modify it and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping address, your billing address and select a payment method.

You may also place an order on the Miu Miu website by logging in through the My Account section.

Product and sizing information

The e-store offers a wide selection of products from the latest Miu Miu collections, and the catalog is updated regularly with new arrivals.

Payment options and taxes

We accept all major credit cards and the other payment methods expressly indicated in this website.

The order total will only be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the products and prepared the order for shipping.

MiuMiu.com features the most advanced security systems to protect your payment details, guaranteeing absolute security for all transactions.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The order total includes any shipping costs, taxes and duties.

You will receive a payment receipt for orders placed on our website.

Order acknowledgment

The buying process is completed when you click the Buy Button, confirming your order. A copy of the order will be sent to both Miu Miu and to the email address provided on your order form. Once you have confirmed your order, its content can no longer be changed.

Before confirming your order form, you must read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions published on this website, saving them on your device or printing them.

If you do not receive an email acknowledging your order within 24 hours from completion, please contact us to verify if the order was correctly received.

Order confirmation

The order will be confirmed only when Miu Miu sends a confirmation email to the email address indicated on the order form. The mail will contain a confirmation and summary of the order, such as: product description and information as well as the total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from one of our Stores.

To select this option, please choose the Store from the suggested list on the Menu.

Once the merchandise is available for pickup, you will receive a notification e-mail to print and present at the store upon collection, along with your ID. The merchandise will be available for thirty days after the notification e-mail is sent. If after thirty days the item has not been picked up, we reserve the right to cancel the sale by giving due notice and reimbursing the amount paid.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered between 2–4 business days from the moment the order confirmation e-mail is sent by Miu Miu.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number from DHL.
Please be reminded that the courier delivers Monday to Friday during business hours and requires a signature upon delivery. For more detailed information, please see the “Shipping” section.

Cancelling or modifying your order

If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.
For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping or billing address. If you notice any mistakes in the information provided, please contact our Client Service.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs

The shipping method is selected by the customer from the dropdown menu and the amount is displayed in the shopping bag.

Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days from the moment the order confirmation e-mail is sent by Miu Miu.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
The courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses.

Tracking your order

A DHL tracking number will be assigned to your order as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track the package.

You can also access this information in My Account.

When to expect delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a notification and a contact number. If you require assistance to reschedule the delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our Client Service.

Countries we ship to

Our e-store is available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Korea Republic of, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Orders can only be shipped to the country where you are located. If you would like your purchase to be delivered to a country other than the one in which you are located, you will have to change the Country on the site menu before placing your order.

Returns

Return conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we offer free returns within 14 days from delivery.

Before requesting a return, please ensure that the items comply with our terms of sale.

Items purchased may not be exchanged and, therefore, if you would like to exchange your purchase, you can return the item under the terms and conditions described herein and proceed with a new order.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please make sure that they are intact and complete, perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged in any way and that they are returned in their original package with all tags attached. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged.

We also inform you that based on security and hygienic-sanitary reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed.

If you have encountered any issue with the products you received but do not wish to make a return, please contact Client Service. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

Return request

Before completing the return, it is important to verify that the return meets the conditions indicated above and in the Terms of Sale.

Return shipping

The following is required to make a return:

1. Submit a request by accessing the “Returns” section on the website, or directly under “My Account” if you have already registered on our site. To access the request form, simply enter your order number and the e-mail address used to place the order;
2. Complete the online form with the information requested, including: the details of each item, the exact quantity of items that you would like to return and the reason for the return;
3. Attach the adhesive label provided, which includes our return shipping address, to the outside of box. This label was already included in the original package at delivery.
4. Open a pickup request with DHL by sending an e-mail to ae.miumiu@dhl.com cc client.service.eu@miumiu.com. In doing so, please specify your return AWB number, pick up address, telephone number and preferred date and time that will need to be confirmed by DHL.

By following these instructions, DHL will proceed to pick up the package without any additional fees. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and we will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft associated with the return shipping.

If compliance of the return is confirmed, the amount of the returned goods will be credited on the same tool originally used for payment.

The return process takes about 7 days, then we will send you a refund confirmation email.

Refund times

Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. This process normally takes about 7 days.
The refund will be issued directly to the same credit card or other payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have authorized the refund. The credit will appear in your account approximately within one or two billing cycles from the date of the return, based on the conditions of the payment method used.

From the e-Store menu, you can browse our new arrivals or select a specific product category. Refine your search by selecting colours, materials and styles.

When you have made your selection, add the Product to your shopping bag. You can review your shopping bag, modify it, and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right corner of the page. When you are ready, click on the buy button in the shopping bag to complete your purchase.

You may also place an Order on the Miu Miu website by logging in through the My Account section for an enhanced shopping experience.

Should your order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalisation Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

Our e-Store offers a wide selection of Products from the latest Miu Miu collections, and our catalogue is regularly updated with new arrivals.

Each Product page will include a size guide with general size conversions to help determine your best fit. 

Please note that any measurements of the Products given are approximate only, and colours, fabrics and designs of the Products displayed, and the Products delivered to the Customer may vary in minor respects.

Pre-Order

You have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market. 

All items for which a Pre-Order is possible are expressly marked on the Website, and reported herein as “Pre Order” or “Pre-Order Product”.

Should your Order contains both Pre-Order and non Pre-Order Products, the items will be delivered by means of multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for dispatch.

For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email.

Personalised Products

A selected group of Products on the website can be personalised and you will have the opportunity to view the rendering of your final Product before placing the Order. The website provides you with the option to choose between:

  • A removable personalisation (personalisation service with metal elements), and
  • A permanent personalisation by adding non-removable customisation (by way of example, through hot-stamping service) (hereinafter “Personalised Products”)


Personalised Products will be delivered by the estimated date specified on the Product page. The date will be up to 5 weeks from the time you receive the Confirmation email.

Should your Order for Personalised Products also contain non Personalised Products, the Products may be delivered separately as each item becomes available.

For any Orders containing Personalised Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email.

Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients

Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept payment through selected credit cards and other methods expressly indicated on the website.

The total Order will be charged after we have verified your card details, confirmed availability of the Products, and prepared your Order for shipment, save what is provided for in the sections dedicated to the Pre-Order Products and the Personalised Products.

When purchasing from miumiu.com, card details are transmitted through a secured server to protect your payment details. Card data will not be hosted by Miu Miu post-processing.

You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at checkout. The Order total includes taxes, duties, and shipping costs if any. You will receive an invoice for every Order placed on our website.

Order acknowledgement

The buying process is completed when you click the Buy Button. Once the Order is placed, the content can no longer be changed.

Before confirming your Order, you must read and agree to the General Terms and Condition published on this website.  Please make sure you fill in the mandatory field relevant to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

After placing your Order, you will receive an email acknowledging your Order has been submitted. This does not mean that we have accepted your Order.  Your Order is not confirmed until your credit card details have been approved, delivery address verified and the items located. Should you not receive your Order acknowledgement email within 24 hours from placing your Order, please contact us to verify that the Order has been correctly processed.

Occasionally, certain Products may become unavailable.  If your Order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, and only a part of the Orders you placed is available, Miu Miu will ship you only such Products and cancel the rest of the Order. You will be informed of such cancellation via email.

Order confirmation

Once the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that your Order has been accepted, followed by a separate invoice email and a tracking email from our selected courier for all shipping details. For Orders containing Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, the email confirmation will be sent up to 8 weeks prior to shipment.

If your Order contains multiple Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products, you will receive tracking information from the courier each time a Product shipment is dispatched.

Cancelling or modifying your order

As per our General Terms and Condition, once an Order has been submitted, it cannot be further modified or cancelled.  Should you need to cancel your Order, please contact us as soon as possible to inquire into details. After the Order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and you may request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request modification, please contact our Client Service team for assistance.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery

Delivery service is available for all online Orders. Customers also have the option to pick up directly from our designated Stores, provided that the Order does not contain any Pre-Order and/or any Personalised Products. 

Shipping

Please note Orders will take 1 to 3 days to process and are typically delivered between 1 to 3 business days from the moment the Order confirmation email is sent by Miu Miu. Orders containing Fragrances can only be shipped Ground.

All of our Orders are shipped through SingPost. We offer:

  • Standard delivery - delivery in approximately 1 to 3 business days

For Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products which are not yet ready to be shipped, Miu Miu shall deliver such Products at the relevant estimated delivery date – starting from the date of the Confirmation email, within 5 weeks for Personalised Products; and within 8 weeks for Pre-Order Products.

All Orders must be shipped to a valid address, the courier will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, poste restante or freight forwarder addresses.

Tracking your order

A SingPost Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an SMS containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery. If your Order contains Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products which will be shipped as the product(s) become available, or if you have selected the option to receive multiple shipments, you will receive a Tracking Number for each relevant shipment. You can track your Order through SingPost portal at www.speedpost.com.sg

Delivery time

Deliveries are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm; and Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm. As the courier will require a signature, we suggest you choose a shipping address where you or someone you trust is available during the day.

In the event no one is available to sign for the package, SingPost will leave a notification note and redirect the package to the nearest POPStation.  If you require assistance or are unable to contact the courier, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Pick up in store

Orders placed online may be picked up directly from our designated Stores provided that it does not contain any Pre-Order and/or Personalised Products. 

To select this option, please choose your preferred Store from the list at checkout.

Once your Order is ready for in Store pick up, you will receive a notification e-mail. Please present the confirmation e-mail upon collection, along with your ID for verification.  To have someone pick up the Order on your behalf, the designated person will need to show the Order confirmation, and a government-issued ID that matches the name on the Order.  If for any reason you are unable to pick up your Order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the Order and a refund will be issued.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, we offer free return within 14 days from delivery, provided that the Products comply with all the Return Conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase.  Return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of Order delivery; items must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return number.

Return conditions

Before requesting a return, please ensure compliance with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms and condition:

  • The Products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered, and should be packed in their original packaging.  The Products must be intact and complete, not used, or damaged in any way with all labels, tags and, security tags attached in their original position and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted
  • In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged
  • Fragrance must be returned unopened and in its original packaging
  • The Products must be shipped back through SingPost


Please note that return is not possible for permanently modified Personalised Products as they have been specifically customised for our clients.

Requesting and shipping your return

A Return Instruction form will be included in your order package.

To request a Return Number:

  • Log in to the “Return” section on the website or directly to your “Account”. Enter your Order number and the email address associated with your original Order
  • Complete the online form with all requested information, such as the details of the single models, the precise quantity of the items you wish to return, and the reasons for the return.
  • A Return Authorization email will be sent to you


To ship your return:

  • Once a return pick-up has been arranged, Miu Miu Client Services will provide you with a prepaid shipping return label by email
  • Please print and affix the label to the outside of the return package

 

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued and credited to the original credit card/account used for the Order purchased, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, if any.

We will send you an Order Refund email as soon as we have issued the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one or two billing cycles, depending on the time required for banking procedures for the credit card issuers.

如閣下的訂單含有多過一件預訂和/或個人訂製商品,在每件商品寄出時,閣下將逐次收到速遞公司發出的運送詳情電郵。

取消或更改訂單

根據一般條款和條件所例明,訂單一經送出,就不能被改動或取消。如閣下希望取消訂單,請盡快聯絡我們以獲得詳細資料。訂單的物品一經完成包裝,預備好發貨後,將不能取消訂單。閣下可以按「退貨」部分的指引提出退貨申請。

基於安全理由,我們不能更改閣下的地址及信用卡帳單地址。如發現任何錯誤或需更改任何資料,請聯絡顧客服務尋求幫助。

運送及取件

運送

送貨服務適用於所有網上訂單,顧客亦可以選擇直接到我們指定的店舖領取商品,唯不適用於預訂和/或個人訂製商品。

運輸

請注意訂單處理需時1至3天,並會在Miu Miu送出確認電郵後的1至3天個工作天內送達。含有香水商品的訂單只可從陸路運送。

所有訂單都會通過CTC Express發貨。我們提供:

  • 標準配送 – 約1至3個工作天內派遞

關於未送遞的預訂商品和/或個人化商品,Miu Miu會在相關預計送遞日期送遞商品 - 個人訂製商品為收到確認電郵後的五星期內;預訂商品為收到確認電郵後的八星期內。

收件地址必須為有效地址,速遞公司將不會送件到郵政信箱,存局待領及貨運代理之地址。

追蹤訂單

每個已寄出的包裹都會分配一個CTC的追蹤號碼。如閣下的訂單含有多過一件預訂和/或個人訂製商品,或選擇了分批發貨,閣下會在每件貨品寄出後收到一個相關的追蹤號碼。追查訂單的電郵內含貨運查詢號碼及追查訂單的鏈接。閣下亦可透過「我的帳戶」追查訂單。

遞送時間

遞送時間為星期一至星期五,九點至七點。派送時需簽收包裹,我們建議閣下選擇收貨地址時確保該地址於日間能有閣下本人或委託可信任的人代為簽收。

到店取貨

閣下可以直接到我們指定的店舖領取網上訂購的商品,唯不適用於預訂和/或個人訂製商品。

如希望到店內領取,請於結帳時從列表中選擇希望到達領取的店舖。

商品準備好後,閣下會收到通知電郵。到店內領取商品時,請出示該電郵以及身份證明文件,以茲核實。如閣下委託他人代為取貨,該委託人需出示通知電郵和與訂單上姓名相同的由政府發出的身份証明文件。如閣下因任何理由未能於7天內到店內領取商品,我們會保留取消訂單及退款的權利。

退貨

倘若閣下因任何原因不滿意於我們網站上購買的商品,只要商品符合我們購買條款中的所有退貨條件,可尊享收貨後30日內免費退貨。退貨要求必須於送貨日起16日內提出,並須在收到退貨編號之14日內運回商品。

退貨條件

申請退貨前,請確保符合以下購買條款中的所有退貨條件:

  • 需將統一發票正本與退貨商品一併退回。
  • 閣下退回的商品必須與商品送達時的狀態完全相同,並須放在原本的包裝內。商品必須完整無缺,全新未被試用,沒有任何磨損及損壞。所有標籤,吊牌及防盜標籤必須不被摘除並附在原位一併退回,包括任何特別包裝及相關配件。我們恕不接受任何不完整、損壞、磨損或經更改過的商品。
  • 如果商品附有安全標籤,而安全標籤被摘除,磨損或損壞,退貨將不被接納。
  • 香水必須是未開封的,並放在原本的包裝內
  • 商品必須經由CTC運回
  • 退貨只能在原來的送貨地址收件

申請退貨及運回商品

閣下收到的包裹裡已包含一份退貨程序指引。

申請退貨編號:

  • 登入到「退貨」版面,或直接登入閣下的帳戶,輸入相關的訂單編號及電郵地址。
  • 填妥網上退貨表格,提供所需資料,例如退貨商品的詳細資料,數量及退貨原因.
  • 顧客將收到授權退貨的電郵。


運回退貨商品:

  • 將預附的退貨標籤貼在原裝包裝外面。
  • 請於週一至週五上午9時至下午6時致電 (02) 8792 5555 聯絡全統物流CTC-Express安排退貨收件。請提供退貨標籤上的退貨追蹤編號,地址,電話號碼及收件最佳日期。全統物流CTC-Express將會確認收件日期及時間。
  • 另外,你也可以於週一到週日上午9時至下午11時聯絡我們的顧客服務中心,以安排退貨程序。

退款

我們收到包裹後,會先檢查商品狀態,然後再決定是否接受退貨及授權退款。這過程約需最多5個工作天。

款項會以交易時所使用的貨幣退款到閣下結帳時使用的信用卡/帳戶內。請注意我們會退回貨品的購買價格,包含銷售稅,扣除原本的運費(如有)。

退款後我們會盡快發出確認電郵通知閣下。退款會在一星期,或一個或兩個結算週期內顯示在顧客的帳戶中,款項到帳的實際時間乃取決於發卡機構之所需程序而定。
